Pregnancy, birth, and parenting look different for everyone – and at CubCare, you are always welcome exactly as you are.

Our classes, courses, babywearing support, and doula services are designed to be inclusive of every body, every family, and every route to parenthood, including:

• All pregnancy and birth experiences – from assisted conception and VBAC to planned caesarean births and doula-supported births

• All genders and identities – including trans, non-binary, and gender-diverse parents

• All family structures – solo parents, LGBTQIA+ families, co-parents, grandparents, and wider caregivers

• All cultural and religious backgrounds – we respect and work alongside your personal choices and traditions

• Different parenting and care needs – from babywearing for connection, bonding, or accessibility, to practical support from a doula

Accessibility

We’re committed to making CubCare as accessible as possible:

• Pregnancy yoga and classes are adapted for different bodies, abilities, and energy levels

• Online courses are mobile-friendly, self-paced, and screen-reader compatible

• Video content is being updated with subtitles and text-based alternatives

• We’re always happy to discuss adjustments to help you get the most out of your experience
