CubCare Classes

Now you can enjoy pregnancy, stay mobile with our yoga movement, learn some introductory hypnobirthing techniques, meet new friends to share the journey and learn about your changing baby and body. All while preparing for a confident birth.

Our pregnancy yoga classes have been developed from a decade teaching pregnancy yoga within the antenatal education world. I have designed this class especially to give you the best of birth preparation pregnancy yoga.

A relaxed and friendly class where we spend time each week creating your community, chatting together; to create your friendships.

Important class information

You can book a block of 5 or 10 classes to secure your spot, or PAYG when space allows. Once you book a space you can book in using the calendar link supplied in the email. 5 class pass must be used within 8 weeks, 10 class pass must be used within 13 weeks - 24hr notice of cancellation before class is required to save credit.

Class is 6-7pm Sunday evenings at The Penn Clinic in Hatfield.

CubCare Pregnancy Yoga classes are for pregnant people only, and suitable to attend from 14 weeks pregnant up until baby’s birth.
